Research background
As the company continues to grow, employee satisfaction is not only crucial for team stability and work efficiency, but also directly impacts organizational execution and customer service quality. To promptly understand employee sentiment and conduct in-depth analysis of the company's management and human resource systems, Mitsubishi Elevator China Headquarters has decided to launch a nationwide employee satisfaction survey. This initiative aims to establish a systematic feedback mechanism, supporting the optimization of management practices, enhancing organizational cohesion, and strengthening employee sense of belonging
Research scope
In March 2013, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Mitsubishi Elevator China Headquarters to conduct a nationwide employee satisfaction survey. The study employed anonymous questionnaire surveys, combined with stratified sampling strategies by region and function, ensuring representative input from employees at all levels. The research covered nine primary dimensions: corporate management, compensation and benefits, work environment, career development, corporate culture, communication mechanisms, organizational fairness, training and development, and strategic alignment. Through these dimensions, the survey aimed to gain a comprehensive understanding of employees' satisfaction, loyalty, and suggestions for improvement regarding their current work conditions. Additionally, representative employee opinions were collected to serve as supplementary input for subsequent in-depth interviews and management-level discussions
Expected outcomes
Through this employee satisfaction survey, Mitsubishi Elevator will gain a comprehensive understanding of employees' authentic evaluations of the company's operational mechanisms, human resource policies, and organizational atmosphere. The study will identify core strengths and weaknesses in employee management practices. The findings will provide management with precise guidance for formulating strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, including institutional optimization, cultural development, and adjustments to incentive mechanisms. Ultimately, the research aims to help the company build a more positive, efficient, and stable organizational environment, further strengthening the positive interaction and strategic alignment between employees and the organization
