Fuzhou Electronic Vocational Middle School aims to conduct an in-depth investigation centered on its two core programs—"Electronic Technology Application" and "Computer Animation and Game Development"—to comprehensively understand shifts in industry talent demands. Research scope
Recently, CEIDEA Research has been commissioned by Fuzhou Electronic Vocational Middle School to carry out a targeted investigation into the two programs: "Electronic Technology Application" and "Computer Animation and Game Development." The research scope includes relevant enterprises, peer vocational schools, industry associations, and alumni from the school itself. Utilizing a combination of qualitative in-depth interviews and quantitative questionnaires, the study will collect detailed information on enterprises' requirements regarding skill expectations, job positions, hiring standards, and internship cooperation. It will also examine best practices in talent cultivation and curriculum reform implemented by peer institutions, while gathering feedback from graduates on the practicality of current curricula, job alignment, and personal development suitability. This research will provide actionable evidence to support the development of a talent training system that is closely aligned with industry needs and local economic development.
