As the scope of real estate management expands, BaoDi Asset operates multiple key projects across various cities, including BaoDi Plaza, Baosteel Tower, Guangzhou BaoDi Plaza, Beijing Baosteel Tower, Interconnect BaoDi, BaoLeHui, and Diamond Biyun Garden. To further enhance service quality and strengthen interaction with clients—including merchants, property owners, and tenants—BaoDi Asset has launched a comprehensive client satisfaction survey. This initiative aims to deeply understand clients' feedback on current property management services, identify service shortcomings, and provide actionable insights for future service improvements based on client needs.
Research scope
In November 2020, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by BaoDi Asset to conduct a 40-day field study covering seven of BaoDi Asset's managed projects, spanning three distinct property types: commercial and office buildings, commercial complexes, and apartments. Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires with clients (merchants, property owners, and tenants), the study aims to comprehensively identify pain points in current property management, understand client needs and expectations, and analyze service experiences to provide data-driven support for BaoDi Asset in enhancing service quality, refining service direction, and optimizing management practices.
Expected outcomes
Through this study, BaoDi Asset will obtain detailed feedback on clients' current satisfaction levels, needs, and expectations across various property management services. These insights will support the optimization and adjustment of existing property management services, enabling the company to better understand genuine client demands and provide a solid foundation for future strategic development, service enhancement, and market competitiveness. Additionally, the findings will help BaoDi Asset better align with client needs, improve client loyalty and satisfaction, and ultimately promote long-term, stable growth within the industry.
