Research background
To advance the implementation of the 'Hive City' strategy, Fudge Group is currently planning and constructing industrial park projects nationwide, focusing on building a cluster of family consumption industries driven by technological innovation. As a critical enabler of this strategy, the office property product and service system urgently requires a foundation rooted in an in-depth understanding of enterprises' actual office needs. Therefore, Fudge intends to conduct a systematic research effort to provide scientific basis and data support for the product design and complementary development of office property solutions.
Research scope
In December 2020, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Fudge Industrial Development Group to conduct a specialized survey on corporate office property demand across six major cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Suzhou. The study focused on enterprises' office scenarios, location preferences, functional requirements, expectations for supporting services, and rental/lease decision-making logic. Through a combination of in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys, the research systematically explored the target group's expectations for future office spaces, providing a foundation for Fudge Group to develop a professional and standardized office property product system.
Expected outcomes
The research findings will enable Fudge Group to comprehensively understand the core needs and pain points of various enterprises regarding office property, thereby establishing targeted and matched products and complementary service systems to enhance market appeal and competitiveness. Ultimately, the study will provide practical guidance for the implementation of the 'Hive City' concept in industrial park projects, helping Fudge become a leading national 'Hive City Smart Manufacturing Leader' and 'Happiness Scenario Creator'.
