Research background
With the completion of the early-phase construction and the gradual occupancy of residents, the development of Phase IV is now entering the preparatory stage. To ensure that the next phase of development better aligns with market demands and owner expectations, Furuiyuan Group intends to conduct scientific research to comprehensively understand existing owners' genuine perceptions and recommendations regarding the living environment, property management, supporting facilities, transportation accessibility, and daily convenience. Additionally, the study aims to assess owners' acceptance of the proposed Phase IV development plan, providing actionable public opinion input for future planning adjustments.
Research scope
In September 2015, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Wuhan Furuiyuan Group to conduct a public opinion survey among currently residing owners of Tangshun Lake Residences, combining in-home interviews and questionnaire surveys. The research covered topics such as residential satisfaction, usage feedback on supporting facilities, environmental and landscape features, property management services, transportation access, participation in community activities, and owners' attitudes and suggestions regarding the Phase IV development plan. The sample included residents from various building blocks and household types across Phases I to III, ensuring comprehensive, objective, and representative data.
Expected outcomes
This study will provide detailed public opinion data to support the planning and development of Phase IV. By systematically analyzing owner needs and identifying pain points, Furuiyuan Group can make targeted improvements in residential layout, enrich supporting facilities, and enhance property management standards, thereby elevating the overall community quality. Additionally, the public opinion insights derived from this report will help improve owner satisfaction and loyalty, creating a favorable public and residential atmosphere for the continued development of the project.
