Research scope
In July 2020, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by the Xinghe Industrial Group to conduct a service satisfaction survey targeting suppliers across various categories, including engineering, equipment, and design. The study employed a combination of in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys to systematically gather feedback from suppliers regarding their actual experiences, service satisfaction, process coordination, payment cycles, information communication, and issue resolution efficiency. The research also aims to identify weaknesses and improvement areas in current cooperation, as well as explore suppliers' understanding and support for the Xinghe Industrial Group's future strategic direction.
Expected outcomes
This satisfaction study will enable the Xinghe Industrial Group to fully understand the operational quality and cooperation experience of its current supplier base, identify key pain points that hinder deeper collaboration, and provide data-driven support for the development of more targeted supplier management policies.
