Research background
As the property service provider for government agency operations in Pingshan, Shenzhen, Shenye Property Management has long provided daily property management services to government agencies. To ensure continuous delivery of high-quality property services and in response to owners' annual performance evaluation requirements, Shenye Property Management needs to assess the quality of its services. This research aims to conduct a satisfaction survey among office staff in government agency property units to identify strengths and weaknesses in service delivery, providing data support for improving service quality and formulating effective service strategies.
Research scope
In September 2020, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Shenye Property Management to conduct a satisfaction survey targeting government agency property facilities, including large complexes, medium-sized complexes, and Red Building. The survey targeted office personnel within these agencies, combining questionnaire surveys with on-site interviews to comprehensively understand their satisfaction levels with property services. Special attention was paid to various aspects of property management, such as cleaning, security, facility maintenance, landscaping, and environmental upkeep. By investigating employees' daily experiences, the study aimed to deeply identify pain points and issues encountered during the property service process.
Expected outcomes
The research report will provide Shenye Property Management with comprehensive feedback on the current quality of property services, clearly identifying strengths and areas requiring improvement. Based on the findings, Shenye Property Management will be able to develop practical and actionable strategies for enhancing property service quality, optimize service processes, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure that property management service standards meet the annual performance evaluation requirements of the owners.
