The project has been completed and occupied for 1-2 years, with a total of 685 units currently occupied at an occupancy rate of approximately 70%. To gain deeper insights into owners' satisfaction with the living environment and property management services, as well as potential areas for improvement, Tianjin China State Construction Real Estate has engaged a third-party research institution to conduct a comprehensive satisfaction survey.
