Study Content In September 2020, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Jungao Property Management to conduct a homeowner satisfaction survey for its Guanlan Lake high-end villa and townhouse projects. The survey employed multiple methods: villa owners participated through scheduled in-person interviews and online questionnaire distribution, while townhouse owners were primarily engaged via door-to-door home visits. Survey topics covered product design, property management services, client communication, facility maintenance, and other dimensions, aiming to systematically evaluate service performance and identify key areas for service improvement. Expected Outcomes This study will provide Jungao Property Management with a comprehensive assessment of homeowners' overall perceptions of property products and services, identify key drivers that promote client loyalty and satisfaction, establish a scientific, stable, and sustainable tracking system for satisfaction measurement, and offer reliable data support and strategic recommendations for future premium property product planning and service optimization.
