Research background

In the increasingly competitive property services industry, service quality has become a key driver for sustainable development. To ensure alignment between service delivery and client expectations, enhance customer retention and satisfaction, Haiyi Property Management plans to conduct a scientific satisfaction survey to systematically assess the quality of service across its managed projects, identify service weaknesses, pinpoint specific improvement areas, and optimize its overall service management system—thereby strengthening its brand competitiveness within the industry.

Research scope

In December 2020, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Haiyi Property Management to conduct a satisfaction survey across its eight residential projects. The study employed in-home interviews to collect detailed feedback from owners and tenants regarding various service aspects, including security management, cleaning and landscaping, engineering repairs, customer service, and community cultural activities. The focus was on identifying root causes of dissatisfaction and specific service improvement needs. By leveraging the CEIDEA Property Management Satisfaction Database for benchmarking analysis, the study aims to detect differences in service quality across projects and identify potential areas for enhancement.

Expected outcomes

This study is expected to provide Haiyi Property Management with systematic data support for a comprehensive evaluation of current service conditions, the establishment of service quality benchmarks, and the identification of priority improvement indicators. Additionally, by deeply analyzing owners' service expectations and pain points, the study will help the company refine its service system, optimize customer experience, and strengthen owner loyalty—providing actionable and practical recommendations for future service standardization, management mechanism development, and brand strategy advancement.
