Company overview

Chengdu Beixin Property Services Co., Ltd. was established in August 2010 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beixin Real Estate. The company specializes in property management and consulting services across various property types, including office buildings, residential communities, and commercial venues. Committed to high standards and refined management practices, it provides comprehensive and premium property services. Currently managed residential projects include Phase I and Phase II of the Beixin Knowledge City, serving a total of 4,394 residents.

Research background

To meet Beixin Real Estate's stringent requirements for property management quality, and to incorporate owner/tenant satisfaction into the annual performance evaluation of property management personnel, Chengdu Beixin Property Management seeks a comprehensive third-party assessment of its service delivery. This study not only examines residents' current satisfaction and suggestions regarding services, but also conducts cross-project comparisons to identify key performance differences between Phase I and Phase D projects, providing strategic direction for continuous service improvement.

Research scope

In January 2021, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Chengdu Beixin Property Services Co., Ltd. to conduct on-site interviews with owners and tenants of Phase I and Phase II of the Beixin Knowledge City. The survey covered key dimensions including service attitude, facility maintenance, environmental hygiene, security measures, and communication efficiency. Feedback was collected comprehensively to identify service weaknesses and potential improvement opportunities, with a detailed cross-project comparison analysis to detect differences in management effectiveness.

Expected outcomes

The findings of this study will provide Chengdu Beixin Property Management with reliable data to support improvements in community facility configuration, optimize service processes, and enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty. By refining problem diagnosis and service improvement strategies, the study will assist the company in establishing a more targeted and effective property management system, helping to build a premium property service brand image for Beixin Property Management.
