The company's founder has upheld the core values of "People-Oriented, Integrity and Innovation, Service Leadership, and Infinite Pursuit," driving continuous growth and development. Currently, Chuangjia Property Management oversees multiple projects across South China, including Meixing Community, Shangdong Shangzhu, Shangshang Mingzhu, and Yuedu Hui, earning a strong brand reputation within the industry

Research background

As the scope of property service offerings and owners' expectations have become increasingly diverse, owner satisfaction surveys have become a key technical tool in property management. Multi-dimensional customer satisfaction research enables enterprises to promptly understand client needs, improve service quality, and optimize management processes—serving as a vital means to enhance operational performance and competitive advantage. To further clarify service improvement directions, Guangzhou Chuangjia Property Management Co., Ltd. has decided to conduct a systematic survey through a professional research institution to gain insight into owners' authentic feedback and service expectations

Research scope

In November 2018, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Guangzhou Chuangjia Property Management Co., Ltd. to conduct a specialized owner satisfaction survey across multiple projects, including Meixing Community, Shangdong Shangzhu, Shangshang Mingzhu, and Yuedu Hui. The survey focused on five core indicators: Gate Security and Order Management Satisfaction, Cleaning and Greening Satisfaction (hygiene and landscaping maintenance), Engineering and Maintenance Satisfaction (renovation, elevator, and public facility maintenance, as well as paid repair services), Fire Safety Management Satisfaction (compliance and standardization of fire safety management), and Customer Service Satisfaction (complaint handling, payment services, and service etiquette). Through a combination of questionnaires and on-site visits, the study systematically collected owners' authentic evaluations and suggestions regarding property service quality

Expected outcomes

This survey is expected to comprehensively identify existing issues and strengths in Chuangjia Property's current service delivery, environmental facilities, and client communication practices. It will provide solid data support and professional insights for the company's optimization of environmental facilities, refinement of service processes, and enhancement of satisfaction levels, thereby helping the enterprise continuously improve owner satisfaction and brand trustworthiness
