Company overview

Changcheng Property Management Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 and is one of the pioneers in China's modern property service industry. The company consistently upholds the organizational mission of 'making communities better,' with the vision of 'becoming a leader in community lifestyle,' and adheres to the core values of 'sincere connection plus satisfied service.' After more than three decades of steady development, Changcheng Property has established a diversified service system covering residential, commercial office, and public institutions, with operations spanning multiple provinces and cities across China. It is recognized as a leading enterprise in the property management industry, long committed to delivering ideal living and working environments through high-quality services.

Research background

As the property service industry transitions from basic management to enhanced customer experience, customer satisfaction has become a key indicator for measuring service quality and competitive advantage. To comprehensively understand the authentic feedback of owners regarding current service performance, identify shortcomings in property service operations, and further optimize service content and models, the Shanghai Branch of Changcheng Property Management Group intends to leverage professional research methods to obtain detailed data support, laying the foundation for improving service quality and customer retention.

Research scope

In June 2018, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by the Shanghai Branch of Changcheng Property Management Group to conduct a comprehensive property service satisfaction survey covering multiple regions nationwide. The study included owners from 55 residential projects and 26 commercial office projects. Through a combination of in-person interviews, telephone interviews, and questionnaire link distribution, a total of 5,620 owner responses were effectively collected, providing satisfaction evaluation data for the property services they receive. The study focused on key dimensions such as service attitude, response speed, public environment maintenance, and facility and equipment management, aiming to comprehensively assess the customer experience and identify actionable directions for service improvement.

Expected outcomes

This study is expected to clearly present the overall satisfaction levels of residential and commercial office owners with property services, systematically identify key improvement areas in service processes, response mechanisms, and resource allocation, and provide data-based support for Changcheng Property to develop scientific service enhancement plans, optimize resource allocation strategies, and establish a continuous tracking system for satisfaction management. Ultimately, this will drive dual improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty, further strengthening the company's competitive market position.
