Case Details
Company Profile Liangfang Juntai Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as the Juntai Group) is located in Liangfang City, Hebei Province, situated in the core area of the Bohai Economic Circle, enjoying significant geographical advantages. The Juntai Group has an extensive business footprint, operating subsidiaries including Yuezhong Xinda (Dongfeng Yueda Kia 4S Store) Auto Trading Co., Ltd., Che Like Home Auto Service Co., Ltd., Hui Fu Auto Trading Co., Ltd., Hui Fu Auto Repair Co., Ltd., Hui Fu Auto Credit Management Center, and multiple county-level sales outlets. The group's business scope covers automotive sales, after-sales repair, cosmetic and interior decoration services, and financial services, among other areas, forming an integrated service system covering the entire lifecycle of vehicle ownership and serving as a key force in the local automotive service industry. Research Background With the continuous rise in vehicle ownership, consumers are demanding higher standards in terms of professionalism, convenience, and overall service experience in after-sales repair services. In a fiercely competitive regional market, service quality has become a core factor for automotive repair enterprises to enhance customer retention and brand reputation. To improve the overall service level of its Huitie Auto Repair subsidiary, the Juntai Group urgently needs a systematic survey to understand vehicle owners' authentic evaluations and latent needs regarding service at individual outlets. This will provide data-based insights for optimizing service processes and upgrading management systems. Research Scope In September 2003, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by the Hebei Juntai Group to conduct a targeted vehicle owner satisfaction survey across all outlets under the Huitie Auto Repair Company. Using a combination of on-site interviews and questionnaire distribution, the study directly engaged with customers at various service locations, focusing specifically on feedback regarding reception processes, repair turnaround times, technical proficiency, pricing transparency, and employee service attitudes. Additionally, the research examined differences in service preferences and feedback patterns across various customer segments to ensure the findings are both targeted and actionable. The study covered all operational outlets, aiming to provide a comprehensive picture of current customer experiences and to offer reference for further standardization and optimization of service processes.
Expected outcomes
Through this study, the Juntai Group is expected to obtain detailed data on customer satisfaction, identifying weaknesses across its outlets in areas such as service quality, customer communication, and operational efficiency. The research findings will provide the Huitie Auto Repair Company with scientifically grounded recommendations for service improvements, driving comprehensive enhancements in service standards, employee training, and customer relationship management. This will ultimately strengthen customer loyalty and brand competitiveness, helping the group build a more sustainable and differentiated service system.
