Company overview

Xiangjiang Group was founded in 1990 and is a diversified, comprehensive enterprise group with over 20,000 employees. Its business operations span multiple sectors including commercial logistics, urban operations, financial investment, health and tourism, and resource and energy. The 'Jinxiu Xiangjiang' residential project series is widely distributed across key cities throughout China and enjoys a strong reputation in the industry, committed to delivering high-quality living experiences and lifestyle services to homeowners.

Research background

As residents' expectations for living standards continue to rise, property management services play an increasingly vital role in enhancing homeowner satisfaction and building a positive brand image. To comprehensively understand the service quality and existing challenges across various projects, Xiangjiang Group has entrusted CEIDEA Research to conduct a homeowner satisfaction survey across multiple residential projects under its portfolio. The study aims to identify service weaknesses, optimize product design, and promote higher occupancy rates.

Research scope

In March 2015, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Zhengzhong Group to conduct a customer satisfaction survey on five residential property projects: Guangzhou Jinxiu Xiangjiang Garden, Guangzhou Jinxiu Xiangjiang • Feicui Lǜzhōu, Enping Jinxiu Xiangjiang Garden, Wuhan Jinxiu Xiangjiang Garden, and Tianjin Jinxiu Xiangjiang Garden. The survey employed telephone interviews, reaching a total of 1,810 homeowners. Survey topics covered property management, lifestyle amenities, product quality, environmental maintenance, and customer service, providing in-depth insights into actual homeowner experiences and improvement suggestions.

Expected outcomes

The final report will conduct a cross-project comparison of service satisfaction levels, identify common issues and project-specific weaknesses, and propose targeted optimization recommendations. The findings will provide data support for Xiangjiang Group in future project development, service enhancement, customer relationship management, and brand building, helping to improve homeowner satisfaction and occupancy rates, and serving as empirical evidence for the company's future strategic development.
