As a representative enterprise in innovation and product quality, Uniview places great emphasis on its cooperative relationships with nationwide channel distributors, committed to building a stable and efficient channel ecosystem.
Research background
As competition intensifies within the security industry, the health of the channel system—critical to market expansion and customer service—directly impacts the efficiency of product promotion and service quality. While continuously improving product performance, Uniview aims to strengthen distributor trust and loyalty by enhancing its channel support system. Therefore, understanding dealers' authentic evaluations of the Uniview brand, products, and service support becomes a crucial step in refining channel management and improving partnership quality. To this end, Uniview commissioned a third-party research firm to conduct a nationwide survey of dealer satisfaction.
Research scope
In December 2014, CEIDEA Research was engaged by Uniview to conduct a comprehensive satisfaction survey targeting distributors across various regional channels. The study employed a combination of quantitative questionnaires and in-depth interviews, covering both primary and secondary channel partners. Survey content included dimensions such as brand awareness, product quality, pricing policies, technical support response, after-sales service efficiency, and market promotion resource support. Special attention was given to dealers' pain points and suggestions for improvement within the current partnership model. The study aims to analyze data to identify strengths and weaknesses in Uniview's channel management, providing quantitative insights to support future channel strategy development.
Expected outcomes
Through this satisfaction survey, Uniview will gain a systematic understanding of its distributors' evaluations and feedback regarding brand image, product quality, service responsiveness, and policy alignment. The study will identify existing operational issues and uncover genuine support needs among distributors. The findings will provide actionable recommendations for Uniview in building a sales support service system, optimizing channel management strategies, and maintaining strong distributor relationships. Additionally, the research will establish a scientific benchmark for long-term dealer satisfaction tracking, effectively enhancing the coordination efficiency of the channel system and market expansion capabilities.
