Employee and Customer Satisfaction Survey

Company overview

JinZhong Investment Group (referred to as JinZhong Group) was established in 2003 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. It is a diversified, comprehensive enterprise group that currently operates with a dual-core business model in real estate development and operation and biopharmaceuticals, integrating high-end services, new materials, metal plates, and cold chain logistics. The group employs over 4,000 people. In the real estate sector, JinZhong Group focuses on office buildings and industrial parks, aiming to deliver modern business spaces that are intelligent, green, and efficient. In the high-end services segment, the group operates multiple five-star hotels, premium dining brands, and modern conference centers, serving key cities across the Guangdong region and establishing itself as a leading representative with strong operational capabilities in the region.

Research background

As the group's scale continues to expand and its business lines grow, JinZhong Group aims to enhance both employee satisfaction and customer service quality through systematic data analysis, thereby strengthening internal organizational vitality and external market competitiveness. The office and industrial park, hotel, dining, and meeting room segments—directly reflecting the company's operational efficiency and brand image—require precise user feedback mechanisms to identify operational weaknesses. Additionally, employees, as key participants in the service chain, are critical to the organization's management effectiveness and their perception of career development prospects, which directly influence overall service quality. Therefore, the group has decided to engage a professional third-party research institution to conduct bidirectional internal and external satisfaction surveys, optimizing its management systems and customer experience.

Research scope

In October 2015, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by JinZhong Group to conduct a satisfaction survey among employees and key client segments. For the employee survey, an online questionnaire link was distributed, covering assessments of overall management, talent development systems, career progression paths, and incentive and benefit policies, aiming to systematically understand employees' genuine perspectives and areas for improvement. For the client survey, a combination of structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews was employed, targeting four customer groups—office tenants, hotel guests, dining customers, and meeting room users—evaluating dimensions such as facility conditions, service attitude, response speed, supporting functions, and value for money to identify operational weaknesses and customer pain points across various business units.

Expected outcomes

The survey is expected to provide JinZhong Group with a systematic understanding of its current status and challenges from both organizational management and customer service perspectives, establishing an employee satisfaction indicator model to help identify key factors influencing employee motivation. This will serve as a basis for refining human resource policies and improving workplace atmosphere. Meanwhile, through structured analysis of feedback from various customer groups, the study will identify shortcomings in environmental management, product experiences, and service processes within the office and high-end services segments, providing detailed data support for the development of scientifically sound and actionable service optimization strategies. This will further strengthen the group's market competitiveness and brand reputation in the real estate and premium services sectors.
