Research scope
In August 2016, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Shenzhen Chongda Circuit Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a nationwide survey on raw material supplier satisfaction. The research covered: suppliers' experiences in cooperation with Chongda across procurement, quality, finance, warehousing, and technical departments; whether they encountered issues such as non-standard processes or poor communication; their overall evaluation of Chongda's service processes; and their future cooperation and recommendation intentions (NPS). The study employed a combination of structured questionnaires and semi-structured in-depth interviews to ensure comprehensive, first-hand data collection that balances both quantitative and qualitative insights.

The final research report will provide key insights for Chongda Circuit in building a more efficient and transparent supplier management system.
