Research background
As residents' expectations for living environment quality and property service experiences continue to rise, property management companies face the dual challenges of continuously improving service quality and implementing refined customer relationship management. Shou Di Property aims to systematically understand actual owner satisfaction across various service areas, identify existing issues and improvement opportunities in current property services, optimize service processes, enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, and establish a sustainable, interactive community operation model.
Research scope
In September 2017, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Shou Di Property to conduct a satisfaction survey through in-home interviews with owners across its managed projects. This study focused on six key service dimensions: access control and security, cleaning and landscaping, property maintenance, fire safety management, community cultural activity organization, and customer service response. It comprehensively assessed owners' satisfaction levels and expectations, while evaluating their brand loyalty and Net Promoter Score (NPS) toward Shou Di Property. Specific recommendations for property management improvements were also collected and analyzed, enabling cross-project data comparisons and in-depth analysis of key issues. Survey participants were drawn from multiple cities and project types to ensure the representativeness and practical guidance of the findings.
Expected outcomes
This study will provide Shou Di Property with a comprehensive and scientific service quality evaluation framework. By analyzing satisfaction data and categorizing owner feedback, the research will clearly identify service weaknesses and areas for improvement. The findings will support targeted service optimizations, enhance customer experience perception, strengthen customer retention, and improve brand reputation—ultimately achieving systematic improvements in property service quality and sustained growth in customer satisfaction.
