Owner Satisfaction Study

Company overview

Liaoning Zhongze Real Estate Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and is a comprehensive real estate group primarily engaged in property development. The company's headquarters is located in Shenyang, with business operations extending to Liaoyang, Chaoyang, Jilin, and Inner Mongolia. It holds Class I real estate development qualifications. Zhongze Real Estate's core competitive advantages include attractive landscape design, high-quality construction, attentive property management services, and an efficient operational system. The company consistently upholds the development philosophy of 'professionalism, quality, and service,' gradually building a strong and recognizable brand image.

Research background

As competition within the real estate industry intensifies and consumers' expectations for living quality rise, owner satisfaction with property management services has become an increasingly critical indicator of a real estate company's overall strength. Liaoning Zhongze Real Estate has recognized that property services are not only an extension of brand reputation but also a key factor in maintaining customer loyalty. To comprehensively understand the current state of owner satisfaction across its managed property projects and continuously improve service quality, a systematic owner satisfaction assessment study is urgently needed.

Research scope

In December 2018, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Liaoning Zhongze Real Estate to conduct a property management satisfaction survey. Using a scientifically designed sampling approach, the study covered multiple projects under the company's management. Data were collected through on-site questionnaire distribution, providing a comprehensive evaluation of both long-term and new owners' perceptions of property services—including service response time, security and order, environmental hygiene, facility maintenance, and client communication. By cross-analyzing differences in expectations and satisfaction levels between long-term and new owners, the study identified service weaknesses and areas for improvement.

Expected outcomes

The research results provide Liaoning Zhongze Real Estate with accurate and detailed data on the current state of owner satisfaction. By comparing these findings with industry benchmark data, the study establishes the relative performance of the company's property management services within the industry. Through analysis of satisfaction differences across projects and key influencing factors, the findings offer strategic recommendations for optimizing property management processes, enhancing service quality, and building a robust customer loyalty system—further strengthening the company's brand influence and customer retention.
