Office Building and Resident Satisfaction Study

Company overview

Xiangyin Property Management Co., Ltd. was established in January 2000 and is a comprehensive property services company holding national Class I property management qualifications. The company's service scope includes residential communities, public buildings, office buildings, commercial complexes, public venues, sanitation operations, and property advisory services. With nearly 40 managed projects, it has established a management network centered in Hunan Province, extending to Xiangtan and Ziyang and surrounding cities. Xiangyin Property Management adheres to the philosophy of "people-centered, service-first," striving to provide clients with safe, clean, convenient, and livable property management services, continuously enhancing service standards and customer satisfaction.

Research background

As the property services industry transitions from basic management to refined, service-oriented operations, customer satisfaction has become a key indicator for measuring enterprise service capabilities and market competitiveness. To gain a deeper understanding of the actual feedback from residents and tenants in the Changsha region regarding current service performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and enhance service quality, Xiangyin Property Management decided to conduct a systematic satisfaction survey. The study aims to drive service optimization through data analysis, thereby improving customer loyalty and word-of-mouth reputation.

Research scope

In August 2019, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Xiangyin Property Management Co., Ltd. to conduct a targeted satisfaction survey on property management projects within the Changsha region. This study employed a quantitative questionnaire approach, covering two primary groups—residents and tenants. The survey focused on key service dimensions including hygiene and cleaning, service attitude, security management, facility maintenance, and client response efficiency, comprehensively evaluating users' satisfaction levels and perceived experiences. By combining user scoring with open-ended feedback, the data ensures authenticity and effectiveness. Through a cross-analysis model of importance-satisfaction, the study will help the company identify priority areas for service improvement.

Expected outcomes

The research findings will enable Xiangyin Property Management to systematically identify strengths and areas for improvement in property services across various managed projects in Changsha, providing empirical support for developing tiered and dimension-based service optimization strategies. The study will further assist the company in establishing a customer-centric service management mechanism, achieving refined client relationship management and continuous satisfaction improvement. Additionally, the report will offer strategic guidance for property staff training, service standard development, and optimization of project evaluation systems, helping Xiangyin Property Management strengthen its brand presence in the regional market.
