Research background
Currently, Guomin Health has developed an intelligent interactive software application designed for users aged 50 to 65. The software features three distinct interface designs, all aimed at providing elderly users with a more convenient and comfortable experience. To ensure that the software interfaces align well with the usage habits and preferences of elderly users, Guomin Health intends to conduct user research to understand the preferences of potential users and refine the final product design accordingly.
Research scope
In November 2020, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Guomin Health to conduct a questionnaire survey targeting potential users in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Chengdu. The primary focus of the survey was to assess user preferences for different interface designs. The objective was to collect feedback on the three interface designs, specifically regarding users' preferences for interface functionality, visual aesthetics, and ease of use, providing data support for the product design department to ensure that the final interface meets the needs of the target user group.
Expected outcomes
Through this research, Guomin Health will obtain specific insights into potential users' preferences for the interactive software interface. This information will help the design team identify the interface most aligned with user needs. As a result, the software will deliver an improved user experience, enhance market competitiveness, and increase user satisfaction. Additionally, the findings will provide a scientific basis for future product optimization.
