Research scope
In July 2014, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Jiangsu Changzhou Technician College to conduct a follow-up employment survey of graduates from the 2013 cohort. The survey targeted students who had completed one year of employment and covered multiple dimensions, including their current employment status, job stability and alignment, career development potential, on-the-job performance and application of knowledge and skills, evaluations of the college's curriculum, alumni satisfaction with the institution as a whole, participation in campus clubs during studies and their impact on professional competencies, as well as the effectiveness of the college's graduate employment support services. This comprehensive analysis aims to provide a holistic picture of graduate employment quality and educational satisfaction.

This study will deliver a representative and reference-worthy report on graduate employment quality, offering in-depth insights into graduate employment destinations and development trajectories.
