JiTe Solar - Customer Satisfaction Study

Company overview
Shanghai JiTe Solar Co., Ltd. was originally established as Shanghai JiTe Software Technology Co., Ltd. In response to national new energy policies and the company's strategic development needs, it has transitioned into a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development of green and renewable energy technologies. The company currently integrates research, production, and sales of solar products, with a mission to promote the global adoption and application of clean energy. During the transition, JiTe has expanded its product portfolio and gradually shifted its market focus from domestic software services to a solar energy-driven export-oriented business model. It has also actively expanded its presence in the domestic clean energy market, evolving into a comprehensive new energy enterprise with independent export capabilities.
Research background
As the solar energy industry rapidly develops, distributors serve as a critical link between the company and end markets. Their satisfaction directly impacts product sales and brand reputation. To ensure channel stability, continuously improve service quality, and enhance the efficiency of the sales network, Shanghai JiTe Solar urgently needs to understand the real feedback and improvement suggestions from distributors across the country regarding their pre-sales and after-sales support systems. This study aims to systematically collect and analyze distributor feedback, identify weaknesses in service processes, and provide scientific guidance for channel management.
Research scope
On January 27, 2011, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Shanghai JiTe Solar to conduct a customer satisfaction survey among distributors in five representative provinces: Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shandong, Hebei, and Sichuan. The study employed a combination of in-depth telephone interviews and questionnaire assessments, evaluating distributors' satisfaction across key service areas including product knowledge training, logistics and distribution, market promotion support, technical after-sales services, and response time efficiency. The research team conducted a categorized analysis based on regional operational environments and actual distributor needs, ensuring the findings are both actionable and practical.
Expected outcomes
Through this study, Shanghai JiTe Solar will gain a clear understanding of distributors' overall perception of its service system, accurately identifying weaknesses in pre-sales support and opportunities for improvement in after-sales guarantees. The findings will provide a basis for the company to develop differentiated channel service strategies, optimize internal coordination processes, and strengthen ties with distributors. This will further enhance overall market competitiveness and channel stability, laying a solid foundation for building a robust distributor network as the company expands its operations both domestically and internationally.
