Company overview

Xinghuo Education was founded in 2003 and is one of China's leading after-school tutoring institutions for primary and secondary schools, committed to becoming a respected, century-long educational group. The company's curriculum offerings include one-on-one personalized tutoring, synchronized reinforcement group classes, specialty score-improvement courses, and three major exam guarantee programs, comprehensively addressing the learning and development needs of students and families across primary and secondary education. As of today, Xinghuo Education has established over 200 campuses across 30+ cities in 16 provinces nationwide, employing more than 6,000 professional education service personnel, providing high-quality tutoring services to students and families nationwide.

Research background

As Xinghuo Education expands nationally and continuously refines its service system, the company has raised its expectations for service quality and educational outcomes. As a service-oriented enterprise, employees are its core asset, and their work conditions and satisfaction directly influence the overall service experience. In light of the rapid growth in employee numbers, accelerated work pace, and increased job turnover, management has recognized the need to adopt scientific methods to promptly understand employee sentiment, identify potential management weaknesses, and improve organizational culture to maintain service stability and team cohesion.

Research scope

In December 2014, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by Xinghuo Education to conduct a comprehensive employee satisfaction study combining qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, establishing a mature employee satisfaction assessment model. The study evaluated employees' levels of satisfaction across key dimensions including work pressure, promotion mechanisms, compensation and benefits, interpersonal relationships, organizational culture, and training and development opportunities. Feedback was collected from employees across various cities and job levels—including frontline teaching staff, administrative personnel, and mid-to-senior level managers—to deeply analyze the key factors influencing employee engagement and work efficiency.

Expected outcomes

The findings of this study will enable Xinghuo Education to accurately identify the core concerns and priorities of different employee groups, detect potential management gaps and motivational deficiencies, and promote the development of a more inclusive and supportive corporate culture. The final report will provide the company with detailed data and systematic strategic recommendations to optimize incentive mechanisms, enhance career development pathways, and improve employee job satisfaction and retention rates, further solidifying its leadership position in the education services industry.
