In July 2020, the Jiangmen Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Administration, in collaboration with the Guangdong Planning Research Institute, commissioned CEIDEA Research to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the current status and demand for housing security in Jiangmen City. The survey primarily covers personal and household situations of current beneficiaries, potential beneficiaries, and talent groups, including housing needs, housing security needs, and commuting patterns. Through data collection and population profiling, the study aims to comprehensively understand the living conditions and housing security needs of different groups, and explore potential development directions for housing security projects in Jiangmen City, providing data support for planning work by relevant government departments.
Expected outcomes
The final research report will provide the Jiangmen City Housing Security Work Plan with authentic and reliable data.
