Third-party Evaluation of Window Service

Case Details

Company Profile The Hunan Real Estate Registration Center is a direct affiliate of the Hunan Provincial Department of Land and Resources, responsible for managing and delivering real estate registration services across the province. To advance reforms in real estate registration systems, improve the business environment, and provide higher-quality services to enterprises and the public, the center bears significant responsibilities in policy implementation and front-line service delivery throughout the province.

Research background

To further enhance service quality and understand the public's authentic experiences and feedback during the real estate registration process, the Hunan Real Estate Registration Center has decided to conduct an independent third-party evaluation of service satisfaction. Through scientific data analysis and survey feedback, the study aims to identify existing issues and shortcomings in current service processes, providing objective evidence for subsequent policy optimization and procedural improvements.

Research scope

In November 2023, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by the Hunan Real Estate Registration Center to initiate a third-party evaluation of real estate registration services across Hunan Province. The study employed telephone interviews to collect data, covering 122 counties, cities, and districts across the province. Survey participants were citizens who had recently processed real estate registration transactions; each county or city was targeted to collect 20 samples, resulting in a total of 2,440 valid responses. The survey covered multiple dimensions including service attitude, business efficiency, processing procedures, information transparency, and public satisfaction, aiming to comprehensively reflect the current level of service quality and actual user experiences.

Expected outcomes

This study will provide the Hunan Real Estate Registration Center with a comprehensive service quality evaluation framework covering the entire province, along with a detailed data analysis report. The findings will help management identify key issues affecting service experiences and formulate practical improvement measures. Additionally, the research outcomes will serve as decision-making references for optimizing real estate registration policies and refining service process management in Hunan Province, ultimately contributing to the establishment of an efficient, transparent, and publicly trusted real estate registration service platform.
