Awareness and Satisfaction Survey on Public Health Services

Company overview

The Hongmei Town Community Health Service Center is a non-profit public institution under the administration of Hongmei Town Government, providing public health and basic medical services within its jurisdiction. The center adheres to the work philosophy of "people-centered, prevention-oriented, and health priority," actively promoting comprehensive initiatives in health education, disease prevention, rehabilitation services, family planning, and family doctor services, aiming to improve the health level and quality of life for local residents

Research background

As basic public health services continue to advance, family doctor signing services have gradually become widely adopted across various regions, serving as a key mechanism for ensuring access to primary healthcare. To further enhance the coverage and resident satisfaction of family doctor services, the Hongmei Town Community Health Service Center needs to gain a deeper understanding of the awareness and evaluations of these services among different population groups, identify existing gaps, and optimize service content and delivery methods to better meet residents' health management needs

Research scope

In June 2021, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by the Hongmei Town Community Health Service Center to conduct a satisfaction survey on family doctor services. The study included 800 residents from nine villages and one community, representing six key population groups: pregnant women, parents of children, elderly individuals, patients with hypertension or diabetes, and general residents. Through telephone-based surveys, the research assessed the level of awareness, participation, service experience, and overall satisfaction of different population groups regarding family doctor services, systematically collecting feedback on service content, service attitude, and information dissemination

Expected outcomes

This study will enable the Hongmei Town Community Health Service Center to comprehensively understand residents' awareness and satisfaction levels regarding family doctor services, identify weaknesses in public awareness campaigns and service delivery. Based on data analysis, the center can develop targeted improvement measures, optimize service processes and resource allocation, enhance public recognition and enrollment rates for family doctor services, and promote the effective implementation of basic public health services at the grassroots level
