The company is committed to building a first-class exhibition service platform, continuously improving both hardware and software capabilities and operational efficiency, earning broad industry recognition and a strong reputation
Research background
In order to further enhance the level of exhibition operations and service quality, Wuhan New City International Expo Center Operations Management Co., Ltd. aims to identify shortcomings and gaps in current exhibition facility and service management by analyzing authentic feedback from exhibiting enterprises and visitors. Particularly during large-scale industry exhibitions, visitor experience directly impacts the overall effectiveness of the event. Therefore, during the June 2013 livestock exhibition, the management team decided to conduct a systematic satisfaction survey to comprehensively understand visitors' and exhibitors' evaluations of exhibition facilities, equipment performance, and staff service attitudes, in order to identify specific areas for targeted improvement and enhancement
Research scope
In June 2013, CEIDEA Research was commissioned by the Wuhan International Expo Center to conduct a satisfaction survey on the exhibition experience of exhibiting enterprises and on-site visitors during the livestock exhibition. This study adopted a combination of on-site questionnaires and in-depth interviews, covering multiple dimensions including exhibition facilities and equipment, signage systems, booth layout, power and network support, security and cleaning services, and the responsiveness of management personnel. The survey sample included representatives from exhibiting enterprises across the country and general visitors, ensuring the comprehensiveness and representativeness of the feedback. During the research process, the team conducted data analysis to identify key pain points and areas for service improvement
Expected outcomes
Through this satisfaction survey, the Wuhan International Expo Center's management will gain a systematic understanding of the overall evaluations and specific recommendations provided by exhibitors and visitors regarding the exhibition's hardware and software services. The study will identify key weaknesses that constrain service optimization. The research findings will be directly applied to guide service process reengineering, employee training, and facility maintenance improvements, further enhancing the center's professional image and reputation among exhibitors and visitors, and ultimately improving overall service quality. This will help build an attractive and competitive exhibition brand, expanding its market influence and reach
